Our servers are colocated with Valnet, a local Southeast Kansas ISP, located in Independence, KS. Valnet's upstream internet connection is a DS3 directly to AT&T delivered via fiber optics, making Valnet a Tier 2 ISP, with plenty of available capacity. Our colocation provider supplies us with 4 hours guranteed backup power, and we're pleased to say that our servers have never gone down due to power failure! Valnet also has a natural gas generator backup system in the works.

Our systems are physically secured by multiple keycode locks & RFID scanners - 24 hour lock and key.

Valnet is located in the Independence Corporate Offices, located at 200 ARCO Place in Independence, Kansas. Built as the original corporate headquarters of ARCO Oil in the 1920's, and expanded in the 1950's. The ICO building is one of the tallest, sturdiest buildings in Independence.
